Update: Monday 01/27/25 I made this review at about 2:30 PM yesterday well earlier today (less than 24 hrs after I made the complaint) I got a call from the store manager who went above and beyond rectify the situation. His name is Ed. If it was not for him, I would never go back to Napa. I changed my review from one star to four stars because I cannot just completely forget what happened with that employee yesterday. As a specialty store they are knowledgeable and friendly. The item I needed was available. Only reason for the 4 stars is they are expensive for stuff you can buy in a non specialty store.
