Terrible customer service when matching paint and the color doesn't match. didn't even try to make it right and don't care. Would not recommend.
Ran in to buy 2 calibers on a Saturday (found one failed or I broke it possibly on my truck lol), they had them in stock and a really good price. Installed them (adaptive one I think was the name on the box), physical appearance was great (better than I expected). Install was great. Counter staff very friendly.
Customer service is absolute trash, both myself and my husband called this morning to get brakes they were rude and refused to help stating they needed more info and hungup on myself and told my husband he needed to go look at the vehicle to figure it out... called a different napa gave them the make/model of my vehicle and they found the part and had it set out for me within 5 minutes.
