Called looking for a coolant reservoir for a 1995 Ford E-350. The woman who answered looked up the VIN and simply told me they didn’t have it and suggested I call Camping World — for a Ford chassis part. I get my RV is old but she sounded rushed and no offer to check with a colleague, look into a special order, or do anything but “sorry not sorry good luck”. Disappointing experience.
