Tammy was by far the rudest person I’ve ever had to encounter with Napa. The way she was speaking to me was so bad that I had to ask her if she was okay. I get people have bad days but I’m like one of the nicest people you’ll come across and she was down right disrespectful! My 3 year old did give her a hug so hopefully that put her in a better mood.
Parts are usually a step above the other major parts distributors.
