The woman attending the morning shift had a very bad attitude and wouldn’t let me use the restroom stating its in our warehouse and it’s only for employees. I turned around and walked out, I’ll buy my parts elsewhere. On the same road there is AutoZone, advance and much more and they all offer amazing service here in winter haven AND ALL OF THEM HAVE A PUBLIC BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS BUT NAPA.
Store manager Paul is attentive and an expert with such a willingness to resolve your issues! His patience and guidance to fining the right parts is such a valuable service. And of course the speediness of order fulfillment is a huge plus!
