The lady at the front counter was amazing. Not only did she help me get the parts I needed, but helped me get to my car !!
Terrible experience today - the price marked is not what they charged me and would not honor it. Charge me four time the amount - he was very rude and unprofessional to represent Napa stores and I will be forwarding my experience there today with receipts to corporate. I encourage everyone to drive to La Grange or Smithville to the Napa stores there where the customer service is superb.
