I liked Napa, but the last couple months I've needed brakes an calipers an suspension parts for 2009 impala, brakes for a 2013 gmc sierra 1500, an a 2018 ford edge. Every time I called napa they had to order what I needed. I just needed rotors an pads nothing special. Sometimes you need the stuff now not in a day or 2. I've probably spent $700 plus on these vehicles. But all that money went to O'Reilly's cause they had everything i needed when I needed it. Just recently started exploring Napa more, as they seem to be more knowledgeable with Farm/AG equipment then other locations near by. Appreciate the staff who are willing to listen and figure out what parts I need...When I sometimes am not sure what part I need. Appreciate the friendly folks there to help make these purchases not seem so intimidating for small time folk.
