There's always someone ready to help you out in this Napa. I've never had to wait for help, and usually, the employees are super friendly and people you'd actually want to work with.
This is a good Napa. The service is always good to work with. There are a few workers who know a ton and others who don't know much . But the ones who are more knowledgeable are always willing to help the less experienced. The parking can be difficult as it a small parking lot, but you can park on the road on the south side as well.
High priced, staff was .. so so.
i usually experience better help here. but today i ran in on my lunch break, i didn't get helped for a while and when I did the employee helping me was annoyed and rude. Everything i said he just rolled his eyes or sighed. I'd appreciate prompt help and friendly service. Which i usually do get, just not today.
