This is a good Napa. The service is always good to work with. There are a few workers who know a ton and others who don't know much . But the ones who are more knowledgeable are always willing to help the less experienced. The parking can be difficult as it a small parking lot, but you can park on the road on the south side as well.
High priced, staff was .. so so.
i usually experience better help here. but today i ran in on my lunch break, i didn't get helped for a while and when I did the employee helping me was annoyed and rude. Everything i said he just rolled his eyes or sighed. I'd appreciate prompt help and friendly service. Which i usually do get, just not today.
