The most helpful auto parts professionals I've ever experienced. Morton should be proud of their kindness. My truck blew a fitting on the coolant system, 2 hours from home, freezing weather. I limped to their store 30 minutes before close. Napa didn't have the obscure part on the shelf for my older truck so the knowledgeable lady behind the counter got her hands dirty under the hood to examine the possibilities. I had a bad alternator that I but one month ago for my semi truck, I called Napa auto parts and Jim was super helpful he had two in stock and helped me with the warranty and even helped pulled the pulley off the old one.. above and beyond very helpful and nice staff... Highly recommend this place for travelers in trouble with truck or car problems.👍👍👍👍
