Called and spoke to Marc to see if they had the coolant I needed after my car overheated coming over the pass. When I came into the store he had it behind the counter for me and took the time to confirm it was the right coolant as not even Volkswagen seems to know what my car needs. I also asked if he would be willing to come out and fill it for me and he did, all while allowing me to gripe about how much of a pain my car is. I made it to my location safely today thanks to him!
Online part match didn't work for me. Parts didn't fit my car. There was a problem taking items back because of one of the boxes had a dent. After short argument I got my refund. Wont be using again
