When your check engine light comes on, and you're 1500 miles from home, what do you do? You go to NAPA. I failed to get the salesman's name, but he was the most helpful person imaginable. He grabbed his gadget, plugged it into my truck, and read off the error code. Fortunately, it was something that can wait until we get home. I've always been impressed with NAPA's parts and people. This was no exception.
Our 2017 Jayco Grayhawk (Ford E450 chassis) was showing a check engine light but we had already gotten settled in the RV park with the slides out and the rig leveled. I took our car hoping they had a diagnostic plug-in for purchase. The young man was extremely nice and told me just to rent one and I would get my rental charge back, and said not to purchase one. It took all of 10 minutes to plug it in and clear the error code. Took it back and got my $75 rental deposit back! That's top notch service!! Thank you!
Guys there really want to help you out. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. Colton and John were extremely helpful.
Essy to find.A helpful and courteous staff. Had exactly what I was looking for and it was on sale.
Friendly, knowledgeable folks working there. 'Course, we're in a tourist town - and remote from any size city by a couple hours drive - so the prices are 15-20% over what you might be used to...
