I would not recommend going to Kord's Napa for any reason. The manager (Kord) uses foul language with his customers and generally is a very grouchy, unpleasant man. I was a patron of their auto repair service, but after failing to fix the problem after bringing the vehicle back 3 times and spending over $1,000, I decided to go to a real mechanic in Phoenix.
