William is the best. I had an issue with a battery I bought at a different Napa and had lost the receipt that store wouldn't exchange it without that piece of paper even though the date is on the battery and it tested bad. William listened and helped with exchanging the battery for another one no problem. Thanks William you run a great store. I will go out of my way and come to this Napa from now on.
I ordered a lomax trifold tonneau cover by lomax for my 2024 santa cruz. I was able to pick it up the next day. Great friendly service, and they even helped me load it. Great customer experance.
