I have uses this parts store for many many years and loved it. It was the best around whenever John owned it. But when he sold out to the new owner. I do not like it anymore because the new owner is greedy and rips you off on the prices.The prices have went way up and the service has gone down. So now all I will use is O'Reilly's they have better service and prices.
Had some troubles with a truck I purchased on my way home. The gentleman who helped me get what I needed was very friendly and very helpful. Made a rough morning much better. Was also impressed that an alternator I ordered online at 11:30 the night before was ready for me when they opened, and when I realized I'd ordered the wrong one I was able to return it. 👍
With a less then a mile drive they failed to deliver an oilfilter to Big O tires causing a 3hr delay for my oil change...
