Reggie did a fantastic job assisting me way better than any competitive parts store would’ve find the right bolts for a bandaid fix on my trailer.
Called about needing help with me battery. Gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and non-judgemental. Service like this is rare.
The worst service ever to the point I had my office send out memo to all my field workers that we will not be buying anything from Napa.
The older gent at the counter was great. Helpful and friendly. Happy to be a customer here. NAPA definitely feels like a better choice than the other two big chain autoparts stores.
