Great quick service and very knowledgeable
Helped me with everything I needed and some. Also despite being busy and working with one system up this guy did an amazing job at getting everyone helped in a timely fashion.
If I could give zero stars I would that's what they deserve here.. Out of 10 years using Napa as my primary parts shop for my business I will be driving to El cajon here on out. The incompetent ppl that work here frustrate on next level including management. last 3 orders in a row paid parts (with next day shop delivery) were delivered five days late with the wrong parts sent. Instead of working together these guys constantly make excuses and blame other crew members for issues and mistakes.. save yourself the hassle and go ... read more
