Amazing service! They had the parts I needed in stock that the parts department at the dealership couldn’t get in for a week. Very knowledgeable staff and affordable pricing. I won’t go anywhere else for parts in the future.
NAPA was the only auto parts store that had the part for my sons car while the other big 3 Adv,AutoZ, and O'Really actually asked me if the part was real? I'm looking at the fkn part on the car. I ordered a set of Bosch Icon windshield wipers at the NAPA store in Elyria, Ohio on Broad Street with the intent of replacing the wipers myself as I had done on all my and my wife's cars in the past. It was the first time for me to replace the wipers on my wife's Acura and I could not figure out how remove the old wipers.
