Never had a bad experience here. Store is clean, employees are helpful and friendly. I went in for a part once, they didn't have it at the store. So they looked at other napas in the area, found one in stock and called them to verify and hold it for me.

I have always had a great experience here but today was exceptional. I stupidly placed my engagement ring on the dash of my car while driving to put on hand lotion. I thought the texture of the dash was rubbery that the ring would not slide. I was so wrong, a dip on the road caused the ring slid down to where my vin number tag was with no way to reach it. I went into the store panicking that I may have to tear apart my dash. The flew into action helping me with options to retrieve it. WE WERE SUCCESSFUL! MANY thanks!
