I knew they are more expensive then most... But their service is absolutely terrible! Unfriendly and no one else there except me, but still wouldn't get off his ass to show me where the product is. When i came back to return some off it i was served by a different employee that right away had aditute.
Really liked this store a couple of years ago. Lately they don't have things, prices are high and not the same as it was. I am not a huge fan of the stuff they have. I wish they step it up abit.
My motorcycle broke down (battery trouble) just outside of town late at night. My daughter lives in a neighboring town, she picked me up. The next day we went to Napa and explained what I needed. The wonderful lady that helped me gave me the battery she had in stock to try and if it didn't work to call her and she would immediately order the one I needed so I could pick it up the next day. I cannot say enough about this business! We were stranded in the Coop parking lot on July 3rd (holiday Monday) with a broken down trailer. Firstly their answering machine gave 4 different after-hours cell numbers and they all either answered or called back. Tom met us at the store to get parts and Marty (my knight in coveralls) went above & beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much!!!!
