I called to inquire about a part. After some miscommunication on their end, they eventually found the part. It came up $100 more than other local stores and online businesses for the same exact part number so I asked if they can price match. I was told "not to talk bad about competition but our parts are better and you are saving money with the competition because you have to wait longer and/or the part is worse quality". Went into buy a gas cap for my Jeep. While entering the store, I saw a sign for free battery testing. Asked the counter man if he could test my battery. After a short conversation, he felt that there was nothing wrong with the battery( without even testing it) and thought that there might be something drawing down the battery. Since he didn’t want to test it, I went to O Reily’s and bought a new battery after they tested it.
They really worked to find me what I needed quickly very kind service from Matt and his colleagues!
They really do have the "know how"!
