I was stranded on the freeway near Rockdale, Tx. I was recommended to call Napa by a competitor. I called Napa and the guy that answered the phone was so helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Napa location. And the price was $300 cheaper than another local store. Thank you Napa.

Hood latch screws backed their way out on my Jeep, they grabbed a pair of bolts and immediately had them installed. Easily best service in town.
I was on a family trip, first time driving through rockdale and had a flat on the flatbed trailer on a Sunday. Called all the tire shops and yes they were closed. Seen that Napa was opened and sold tires, so we were like let’s buy a tire, the staff was awesome, sold me a tire and let me use a jack, and then the amazing thing happened. They changed my tire out so I could continue my trip home....I own my own business and that’s true customer service...AAAAA+++++ to NAPA in Rockdale.
