We called on a Monday to rent a mini excavator for the weekend. We tried to pay for the reservation over the phone and the guy said to come in on Wednesday or Thursday to pay for it. I went in on Thursday to pay for it and they had rented it to someone else. We ended up getting a machine from Rent Me in Mendenhall. Its a local small business that has competitive prices. I will now be renting from them.
Magee NAPA is one of those places you go, get treated badly and promise yourself, never to return! Then about a year or so later you forget and there you are again! About a year ago I went by Magee NAPA at about 4:15, they close at 5:00. Well they were closing out their cash drawers, all of them, and it would be a few minutes before they could take my money.
