Great experience here today helping us resolve an emergency car problem that would have ruined our vacation. Both staff members were friendly and helpful and willing to contact mobile mechanics if needed as well as share their expertise. Thank you for your kind and friendly attitudes today!
Least helpful Napa I've ever been in. Wanted to use a multimeter to test a relay & would have been happy to buy a relay if that is in fact what I needed. On a road trip & don't happen to have my multimeter with me but I do own one and do not need another. Then I asked if I could just buy a replacement relay & see if it fixed my issue. Was told no returns whatsoever on electrical stuff. I'll take my business elsewhere to businesses that actually would like to help customers. Ordered a part for my 4x4, they had it the next morning. Good information given, very helpful people. Definitely recommend.
Was out camping on BLM land in a new camper. Needed an additional battery. Can't remember the fellas name but he was super knowledgeable and was able to get me all the parts I needed to keep my furnace running all night. 5 stars for being friendly and super helpful.
These guys are AWESOME 🙌 they were so quick and diagnosed the issue in our car and resolved it in 15 minutes. They sold us the parts we needed and didn’t push us for extra things, and even put the parts in for us. Literally the best, if I could leave a 6 star review I would.
