He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest advice, and helped me understand my options instead of just trying to sell me extra parts. I have been in this area for a few years or more, and I gotta say napa has been A LOT better recently! I usually call first thing in the morning and they can get my parts by the afternoon!! Keep it up! 😁
Amazing service, I go to purchase parts 8/10 times they have it in stock. And if they don't they usually have it in 24 hrs. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about parts, vehicles and standards maintenance practices. Pete and the rest of the staff are super helpful and professional.
