Pete is an absolute GEM of a person! Not only did he take time to help me find answers to important questions regarding my commercial vehicle and find the parts I needed, he recommended a mobile service that saved me $1000+. I am impressed by the caring, service and professionalism that Pete offered. Thanks for having my back Pete!!
11/10 customer service!
I have been in this area for a few years or more, and I gotta say napa has been A LOT better recently! I usually call first thing in the morning and they can get my parts by the afternoon!! Keep it up! 😁
