Knowledgeable and had parts on hand!
The parts are good quality. However, when customers bring in their pets the owners do not try to control them and they running like crazy all over the store and pester other customers by trying to jump at people, and lick and spread germs on people. The workers do not do anything to make the store more orderly either when this happens and actually seems to encourage it. That's why the bad review.
Service was great. Didn't have what I needed, but took the time to research the part. Recommend where I could possibly find it. I highly respect this attitude in a business. Went in again for bearings and races for a trailer and auger. Couldn't read all the numbers off the old ones but the gentleman at the counter took several measurements from them and found the correct replacements.
