They were very helpful with using their scan tool to read a code that popped up on a recent road trip. In my haste I left my id at the desk and they promptly sent it back to me. Your helpfulness and integrity are much appreciated.
Great guys working in here, I stopped at the truckstop there in Burns and I had to make a repair which required a few parts that I did not have on hand, they were super friendly and helped me find the parts I needed. I highly recommend this NAPA auto parts!
So over priced
The guys at Napa were able to get my family and I out of a potentially bad situation on our trip home from Oregon to Ohio. They had exactly what I needed in stock to get us back on the road. Hands down would recommend the awesome guys here!
Great customer service. Very pleasant. Kid around and get the job done
