Today I want everyone to know about the Napa in the town of Burns, OR. I must say that my family and I, were pleasantly surprised, at the hospitality of everyone, of Burns, OR. But the owner and staff of Burns, were empathetic, compassionate and kind far beyond anything,that I would have imagined! I destroyed my truck in the business parking lot, right across from Napa. Needed parts urgently and they got them in within a day. One of the only businesses in this town that seems to know what they're doing.
I am extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided by Kenny (and Tod). While on a girls' trip, we experienced an issue and stopped by the store. They performed a couple tests for us and went out of their way to help replace our battery, even after business hours.. Thank you again Kenny!!!
