This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming to this Napa location for 5 years since I moved back out to the Portage area. We've had a few hiccups along the way but they've always made things right. Until this time. I ordered a rack n pinion.. the outer tie rod ends would not screw on to the inners without wanting to cross right away.
