I gave them the NAPA part number over the phone and asked if it was in stock. They said yes. Made a trip to the store. The part they had was not the number of their website. They said it wasn't available anymore. But they let me make a trip all the way there instead of telling me over the phone. This place is usually more trouble then it's worth to get anything. Usually over priced or out of stock. Service itself is subpar to say the least. Save your time and money. Shop online or check the competition locally.
Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t measure a part or either look it up properly. Was told it was 15 minutes before closing. But I drove 20 miles to get here before closing hours. Woman with black and green hair and a taller guy. Thank and have a great day.
Walked into the store at 2:30pm for a $50 part. Clerk was talking to some one about her ex husband, meeting in some city, and someone with hair down to the middle of their back. After a minute or two, I had enough of the chit chat. I started to leave and they yelled for me to come back. Come back for what? I passed an Autozone and traveled 1.5 miles to give my business to NAPA. I told the lady that I'm taking my business somewhere where it is appreciated. Guess what? Big shoutout to Brad. Brad is very knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding. This guy is super cool! I was in a jam and arrived about 40 minutes before they closed, and Brad saved the day. I was visiting from Chicago and purchased an alternator and had to install it outside in 80+ heat. My guy Brad came out and showed me a few tricks to make my install easier.
