DO NOT use this company for ferry car service!!! My husband and I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Due to the ferry reaching its max capacity of cars on the day we needed to leave, we had to put our car on the ferry from Juneau to Haines a little over a week before my husband and I arrived. Came into town on a Saturday morning with a radiator fitting that was leaking coolant. Stopped at NAPA hoping they would be able to help me obtain a replacement part as this was a specific part to a Dodge 2500 Ram Diesel. They didn’t have the part in stock but the store in Juneau had it. They got it shipped over by Monday morning for very reasonable shipping price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Taking time to write this review with the intention of saving someone a similar headache/terrible experience. Even the locals warned us after the fact. They did not diagnose our RV problem correctly and got stuck in Alaska for an extra 3 weeks! We had to diagnose the problem ourselves (with the help of our FB RV community) that NO BUS code meant ECM needed replacing.
