These rude unhelpful people, are obnoxious and super non helpful. Their stock is small and they DO NOT CARE!! stay away or waste your time it's up to you
My 17-year-old purchased a car battery from this store, providing the car's make, year, and model. However, the battery the store sold us based on that information was the wrong size. We brought it back within an hour (unused) to exchange for the correct size. The store manager (a man with a red beard) refused the exchange or refund, citing "corporate policy" that electrical devices cannot be returned under any circumstances. Always friendly service and good advise. NAPA auto batteries consistently rate among the highest possible.
I'm not sure what the man's name who helped us is, but the older gentleman with the black Nike hat helped us with our battery. Wonderful service! Very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Thank you!
