Vehicle overheated on Memorial Day weekend, Donna was extremely helpful and friendly, got us in right away next business day. Robert, our tech was equally accommodating and helpful, honest, and did quality work. Love supporting small business. Highly recommend!
My husband was heading to Showlow when he got a check engine light flashing at him. Our diagnostic tool said it was a bad ignition coil and spark plug. Thankfully this NAPA location was close by. Dawn was very helpful in finding the parts he needed, checking on him and our boys as my husband tried to figure out how to get to the coils. She suggested the shop there, where Issac and Jimbo were able confirm the problem and fixed it quickly. They were all amazing and friendly people!
This NAPA is a terrible place to buy auto parts. They sell quality Napa parts, but the man behind the counter is the rudest customer service person i have ever dealt with. Even with fuel at $6.00 per gallon i will drive the 35 miles to the next nearest town and shop at Auto Zone. It's hard for me to believe Napa allows this franchise to exist. Terrible service employees very rude all where talking very vulgar and almost seemed bothered that I was in there to buy something. If I could leave a zero star review I would a disgusting place.
