This NAPA is a terrible place to buy auto parts. They sell quality Napa parts, but the man behind the counter is the rudest customer service person i have ever dealt with. Even with fuel at $6.00 per gallon i will drive the 35 miles to the next nearest town and shop at Auto Zone. It's hard for me to believe Napa allows this franchise to exist. Terrible service employees very rude all where talking very vulgar and almost seemed bothered that I was in there to buy something. If I could leave a zero star review I would a disgusting place.
I just called Napa at 4:59 not knowing that they close at 5 o’clock but the guy answered the phone. I asked him if I could get a quote for an alternator with my plate number and he said oh we’re closed right now. Then don’t answer your phone especially before you’re closed and tell me you’re closed. If you could’ve taken the moment for good customer service to just get me a price.
