I believe the quality of the parts from this store are a little better than some of the competing ones close by.
My sister, niece and her 3 boys (6,4,2 yrs old) were on our way back to Ohio from Florida when our battery light came on. What a nightmare! We called O,Riley's auto parts store trying to get a reliable machanic since we didn't have a clue. They gave the number for Pauls car care. From the minute we called they were so accommodating! They sent an estimate right to my phone, ordered the parts, fixxed the car and got us back on the road in record time. They even gave us a military discount. We were so appreciative.
A very courteous staff. Is store as well equipped. I believe the quality of their products are a little better than some of the other places.
Rude staff. Store was dirty. Didn't have what we needed.
