Our son lent his truck out to someone, and it broke down at the Napa store in Philip, SD 400 miles from where he lived. Dale (the owner of this Napa store), his son, and a friend helped my husband load our son’s oversized truck. It took 4 guys, a tractor, a forklift, a wench, a lot of determination and almost 2 hours to get things handled. A big shout out to these men and the owner. They are absolutely incredible and went way above and beyond. Thank you, thank you. May God bless you all.
We are from MN and woke up to a dead battery in the Badlands. We were able to jump it and drove here hoping for a new battery and some help. We got there at 7 and they opened technically at 7:30… they opened early to help us. Brandon was amazing trying to find a battery that fit. Unfortunately they didn’t that the right battery but let us borrow a smaller one to get us to Rapid City to swap it out at Interstate Battery for the correct one.
