Was on a long bike trip and 650 miles from home when my bike started to leak oil from the rear diff. Got to this store and the dude was really helpful. He let me borrow some tools and fix it in the lot. I was able to make it home after I repaired the bike. Overall great experience with this Napa.
As a small business owner myself, customer service is key. We had a wheel and studs fly off our trailer after 22 hours from Ohio to Sturgis Buke Week on I 90. Our trailer was dead to rights without new studs and a bearing kit. My friends called and spoke to the gentleman and he said he had the parts and he could help. We unloaded our motorcycles and traveled 30 minutes with the trailer hub in our tour pack. He found the parts, had the mechanic help seat the studs and put the new bearing and grease in. The cost ?
