They are amazing workers got me what I needed as I stepped in the door!
I visited NAPA for help installing a headlight bulb I’d bought but couldn’t install myself. It really shouldn’t be a big deal to assist with such a simple task, so I was disappointed when they refused, citing a policy against under-hood work. I thanked them and went to O’Reilly, where the staff quickly and kindly fixed it for me.
