Travis the tire man is prompt, friendly and experienced. You should be proud to have an employee like him. I called ahead and he got my semi tire repaired right away so I could get back on the road.
Sometimes they have been very helpful, when I happen to get the right person working at the counter. Other times, not very helpful, or they seem lost or unorganized. Other times it was more like a bother to them that I walked in and asked for a part, or to get a propane tank filled. It's also disappointing that they no longer have online ordering available at this store.
