This Napa store was wonderful! It’s always the people who make the difference, and we were helped by Bobby, who was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us find a solution! He was able to replace our battery, which to some may sound easy- but there were circumstances that made it a challenge and he rose to the occasion!
Fail gave wrong parts and then Bad customer service and was 5 $ more than O'Reilly and had to pay for gas to return
Went in today and the guy there was super helpful and kind! We got everything i needed. This is always the best place to stop!
Blew a radiator hose fitting going down the road. Stopped in and They had the parts and things I needed to fix it. They were very helpful and friendly. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely stop by even just to say hi!
