My review is 100% based on the amazing people I encountered there this morning. My tahoe on the way home threw a check coolant temp light and my temp was near the red in my SUV. I freaked and pulled into Napa and they were AMAZING. They looked at the car and let me stay there till my Dad could come get me. They held onto my keys so I didn't have to wait for the tow truck and are handling that for me. Do Not Use! I have a 1yr old NAPA/AAA battery out of my parents car that went bad. They are visiting from East TN for a cancer treatment. This NAPA wouldn't even attempt to warranty the battery nor even offer me a discount on a new one. This battery has 3yr Free replacement. Other stores will warranty no questions asked. I am closing my commercial account with NAPA!
