Great business to have in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean store. Fair prices.

Ordered a oil flow sensor. The same day I tried to cancel the order. I tried calling 5 times always busy. I drove 6 miles to cancel in person. I was told can't do that once it's ordered. Went back the next day bought the part. I was told I could return it for 15%. He could have told me all that the first time I was there. I will be filing a complaint with NAPA about those kind of practices. I definitely remember why I stopped going there in the first place. The customer service is horrible.
