Whoever The young kid working on 9–10-2026 Needs to learn how to do customer service. He chose to just point in the direction of the oil rather than stop talking to his friends at the counter and when I told him I couldn’t find any jugs of 5-20w he was annoyed to walk over and say oh I guess we don’t and then walked away and continued with his conversation With his buddy, I see no reason to return.
Brought in 4 batteries for core returns & they paid me nothing. I assume because I am a female and they thought I didnt know any better?? In the future I will drive the 50 miles to the next nearest auto parts store in Omak. They for sure lost a customer.
Great service, and friendliness was refreshing
