We stopped there on Labor Day Monday with our daughter and her family. While traveling home their battery died and they then tested the alternator for them. They brought out waters for us and her two dogs. The staff was so helpful and caring to try and get us safely back on the road. I highly recommend the Alex Bay Napa!
Called ahead to find out if they carried a simple car replacement part (wipers). They had it ready for me when I arrived. Told me to come by if I had a hard time replacing the wipers they would help. Very helpful, professional and friendly. Thanks guys.
How in the world is a parts house, especially one that advertises to be a MARINE parts store, not open early during the summer? Fishermen want to get out in the water before 8, not sit outside a marine parts dealer waiting for them to be open.
