We headed straight to the NAPA store in Lake Placid, where a friendly representative offered to test the battery—completely free of charge. When it turned out we needed a replacement, we asked if we could borrow some tools, and without hesitation, they handed us exactly what we needed. The 5 year old battery in my Toyota Rav 4 gave out while on vacation in Lake Placid . I drove into Napa where they not only had a replacement battery in stock but also tested the old battery and alternator beforehand ....at no charge to me. They even loaned me the tools I needed to replace it right then and there . Very friendly and helpful ...thanks guys !! where thewhere
