The store manager here is excellent. His team is always on a point. Update 1/16/2026 Bill the store manager is my hero and saved the day agian getting me 2 hydraulic hoses made that could not be sourced from bobcat what so ever... words can not describe how absolutely helpful this will be for my team at The Whiteface Clud and Resort. With the wintry conditions during our Lake Placid ski vacation, we needed new windshield wiper blades badly! The guy was incredibly helpful and even helped us install them (in the freezing cold 🥶).
