Staff very friendly
I purchased a battery and alternator for my truck, and when I tried to return it the refused to refund me for the core charge on the alternator. The person behind the counter never once mentioned to bring the other one back in the new ones box. The manager stated if it wasn’t in a box there wasn’t anything they could do even after speaking with the owner of the store who also owns the Tallulah and Rayville locations.
