November 3, 2022. Upon entering the store, I could see three counter staff at their stations. I stood at the nearest counter station and waited patiently for one of the staff to acknowledge my presence and finally, one of them did make eye contact with me but, instead of greeting me or asking if he could help me, he gestured with his palms up as if to say "what?" or "well, what are you waiting for?"
