3 weeks ago my battery died at a truck stop and the people there jumped my car and sent me to NAPA to have the check the battery and if the alternator were charging. They looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and told me to go to a mechanic shop down the road. So I googled an O’Reilly they were awesome!! Even put my battery in in the pouring rain!!
Great service. Management was easy to work with.
The newest Napa store in Post falls ID.
Showed up on Sunday at 3:55. They watched me pulled in and shut down their store.
Locked their doors before closing and wouldn't let me in, wouldn't answer their phones even though they could see me standing outside.
