Great service. Management was easy to work with.
The newest Napa store in Post falls ID.
Showed up on Sunday at 3:55. They watched me pulled in and shut down their store.
Locked their doors before closing and wouldn't let me in, wouldn't answer their phones even though they could see me standing outside.
Wow I guess 4:00 close time is actually 3:58. I do understand that people want to go home but it’s irritating to pull up to a business go to the door before the actual close time and folks inside have already locked the door and act like they can’t see you. Maybe you should move the closing time to 3:58 instead. I specifically drove to napa for customer service because you can definitely buy the parts cheaper at other stores. Will not happen again.
