These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. I have never walked into a store that was so organized and clean. Their entire staff are top notch! Well done guys, it's nice to know there are still places in America where you can trust the advice you are given.
Google maps takes you to uptown on corner of E trade St and S tryon St. Turns out the store is in Matthews and in the same building as the Charlotte Swim Academy. Location in picture is not the correct location.
Yesterday Napa gave O'Reilly a run for it's money. Asia assisted me and was very friendly and helpful. The heavy duty battery I needed was in stock and she tested my old battery at my request. She was able to help me quickly find the Starter Fluid that was appropriate for my needs and we chatted about our mutual military family members while she rang me up. Well done Napa, you hired a good one.
