Man..I needed a battery today, so went up to Napa...the guys at the desk were supper nice. But the kid in the cowboy boots who put it in for me was the best!! I'm 60 and there's no way I could have gotten the job done! And he would not except a tip... Thank you Napa...you will always be my go to!

These guys rock!! Shout-out to Chris for helping me above and beyond. My alternator failed a week ago and O'Riley's "Ultima select" brand - RUN. I've replaced 3 doing the labor myself because they were DOA while getting a wrong part in the process. I then go here while they had a sale that I just missed. They still honored the discount after hearing my situation. You guys have earned my business from here on out!! Phenomenal customer service; thank you!!
They have a great discount sale every Saturday which is well worth it get there early and you want regret getting 30% the first hour and 20% the rest of the day on Saturday. GREAT DEAL..!! HELLO WORLD 🌎
