Bad service. Staff doesn’t know Anything about Cars.
After going to many auto part stores just to be told they couldn't source the rotors and brake pads for my Mercedes, I went to Napa and Neil was amazing. At 1st the computer didn't show the parts either but Neil took my information and found my parts for my Mercedes!!!!! Not only that it was the original parts! I was truly grateful to Neil for going the extra mile. He ensured they were shipped to the store and notified me as soon as they arrived.
