I came here looking for a vacuum hose. I knew the diameter of the hose in centimetres, which the sales representative did not understand. As I was doing the conversion to inches on my phone and looking up the length of hose I needed, the sales representative proceeded to swear at me and tell me to learn how to use a tape measure! Naturally, I walked out without buying a thing. If you want to be treated like a human being, there are plenty of other parts stores around.
