I located my NAPA parts online and take advantage of a discount I found on the website the only way was to purchase on line and I decided to pick up at the store. Today I couldn't figure why I cant reconcile my account is because NAPA took an additional $7.67. So more than the amount is the time spent to find the "ERROR". The only way to correct this is to travel back to the store wasting more time. I have chosen to not travel back to NAPA.
Gave me the wrong parts.
I thought Napa auto parts was very good there counter staff was very professional and friendly and helpful I personally only went to purchase reduced priced tickets for the back to the 50s car show at the fair grounds however I used to work for AutoZone a competitor of NAPA and I k ow they are very professional and reasonably priced as well as knowledgeable regarding the possible car parts you may need or be looking for
