Disappointing experience. Website said I could return a tool purchased online to the store. Customer service rep over the phone while standing at the counter confirms yes, they can absolutely process it. Counter staff and manager say no. Not talking about something out of policy or unusual, just literally any returns at all. They claimed they just can’t return anything at all.
