Assistant manager claimed he didn’t have permissions to do a battery replacement on my vehicle, which doesn’t make sense because you’re a manager & that’s the service this company provides.
The store says it’s open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. You drive all the way out here you see an employee in the store at 6:45pm vehicles in the parking lot and the store is closed. Doors are locked going forward. I’ll take my fleet business and personal business elsewhere. The sign on the door even said open. If you plan to get something from the store, make sure you call even though they don’t answer the phone, but I would make sure you can get in before you make the trip
