This place is the exact reason why I hate dealing with car places being a female. I was quoted a price and then when I go in store, ON A LUNCH BREAK, it’s About $200 more than I was quoted. It’s only because I’m a female and they think they can get over on me. Disgusting customer service. Best believe they didn’t get out of my money and I will not be returning for any parts in the future

I returned a car battery to get my $18 core charge. I have the receipt. They said they only return core charges within 30 days. With a receipt, other auto stores don’t set a time limit. Do not buy from Napa!!!!
Not a good location. Stock was low. They did not have the item I needed.
