I had an extremely disappointing and frankly alarming experience at this tire shop. An employee named Ben was aggressive, rude, and acted in a highly unprofessional manner. What made the situation even more concerning was that Ben smelled strongly of alcohol and appeared to be under the influence while on the job. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially in an industry where safety, precision, and customer trust are essential.
